Tab Navigation + Lead Form - Property for Sale
When designing real estate ads, you can target more than one ad focus. As users are looking for a variety of things when considering a real estate property - we wanted to give them everything they ask for, in one ad. We cover everything from an essential visual (embedded video); building location, benefits of the property, prices, all via their own menu tab.
We took things one step further. To ease another aspect of the property search process - we provided users with a way to directly leave their contact via the banner and have an agent contact them with details. Rather than search for phone numbers, contact forms or emails - we provided an in-banner form in which users leave their own number. The form is accessible both via the pricing menu, and from a button near the Teritoria building logo. For the client - apart from awareness, interactions and clicks - they could now expect Quality Leads.
With this ad and approach, we ease and streamline the hiring process, letting people apply for a job without any extra steps, or registrations, just a simple two field form sends them straight to the hiring team!
The next step in our strategy was to retarget the audience with a second banner, directly focusing on the Lead Form.
